Boudin Fresh Sausage Seasoning and Spice – Seasons 12.5 Lbs. #879

Boudin Sausage is a long time southern favorite. It’s generally served with
cooked rice or as a breakfast side dish. Use bulk style (patty) or stuff into
33-36MM hog casings. Seasons 12.5 lbs. of meat. No M.S.G. Ingredients: Salt,
Onion Flakes, Chili Pepper, Parsley, Spices, Garlic. Directions: Combine 11
lbs ground meat (85%) lean to 15% fat), 1 cup cold water, 1 cup non-fat dried
milk, 1.5 lbs cooked rice (cooled) and 8.75oz bag of seasoning in large tub.
Mix/knead well. Stuff into 33-36 mm hog casings & twist into 6″ links. Bake,
broil, fry or grill in usual manner. package and store in freezer up to 6
